amazing family getaway!
kids pool beach shuttle
this hotel is fantastic. the pool area is very well kept with a great kids pool area. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, a real treat every morning. the location is prime, only a short walk to numerous local restaurants, that was convenient. i especially loved the shuttle service to the nearby beaches!
the check-in process felt a bit slow, it could have been more efficient. it seemed like a long time after a long trip to get to my room.

the breakfast buffet offers a large selection, including varied choices. the fruit selection is fresh, providing healthy options daily. i noticed fresh pastries, croissants, and bread with quality ingredients every morning.

thai curries helpful staff unfriendly check-in room service
the restaurant provided amazing thai curries. the breakfast options met my needs as a vegetarian, even though there was more variety for non-vegetarians (the chef was very accommodating!). the front desk staff members are helpful and friendly. i booked excursions at the hotel for peace of mind.
The check-in experience was not very cute. The woman at the desk was not friendly. i also had an issue with room service, the cola i ordered contained alcohol, which i did not request (it was a bit concerning).

slow check-in worn furniture
The check-in process Was annoyingly slow. It seemed disorganized. The room looked tired , with visibly worn furniture. The air conditioning unit was LOUD and ineffective . I also noticed a lingering musty smell in the bathroom that was quite UNPLEASANT.

stained carpets old furniture
the pool was a nice size for swimming. it was also pretty clean each day.
The room i booked was not as described. the photos online showed updated decor, but my room had outdated furniture and stained carpets. the bathroom fixtures were old and rusty. The showerhead sputtered instead of providing steady water flow. this was quite disappointing given the hotel's rating.
